accessible design gluten-free options wide array
the standard queen room disability access was very accessible and thoughtfully designed. there was plenty of space to maneuver, and the bathroom had grab bars. breakfast offered a wide array of choices, and i found several gluten-free options, a relief.
the hallway music was a bit loud at times.

tasty food comfortable bed
the food taste good. the room was ready and prepared. beds and linen were comfortable. i slept well. it was a cheerful stay indeed!
the receptionist seemed unfriendly to me. the towels in the bathroom was just for one person. i found the other towels in the cupboard later.

the swimming pool was clean. it features a jacussi, sauna, and steam room. the area was well maintained. i found these features a plus after a long day.

Adequate Stay, Some Issues Noted
dirty bathroom defective door
The room showed signs of wear. Parts were detaching from the bath plug and sections of the bathroom was unclean. The bathroom door also failed to close correctly. I found these issues detracted from the overall experience.

good room service comfy bed cold plate no lift
the room service was very good. i found the room clean and modern.. the bed was comfy.
i found the plates at breakfast cold, so by the time you got to your table, the food was cold. there was also no lift at the hotel.

The breakfast had fresh food and good choice.
I found the entrance to the car park unimposing and it seemed fairly small. (It could definitely use some improvements.) The staff were helpful, but lunch was nothing special.

The health club hours are Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM, Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and on bank holidays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, with the last entry 30 minutes before closing. I have two Yorkshire terriers. Are they allowed in the hotel, and is there an additional charge for them?
